Good question! What kind of surveillance technology does she have? Orbital cameras? Drones? There are lots of Zernabian secrets that haven’t yet been revealed! As you can see on this page ( http://defenderzik.com/comic/prison-planet/bad-reputation/ ), the prisoners are used to her finding out what they’re up to without clonoids even being around!
