It looks like our hero has a bit of fight left in him! Zik knocks the lightning gun out of the Clonoid soldier’s hand and gives him a righteous uppercut of doom! Time to visit a dentist, Clonoid!

Zik falls to the ground, recovering from a skillion volts of electricity. Thank goodness for his space suit! The Clonoid receives orders to terminate him, but Zik isn’t going down without a fight!
Looks like our hero’s getting deep fried! A shocking turn of events! Will he survive? Tune in Tuesday and find out!
By the way, the Clonoid’s lightening weapon isn’t all that futuristic. Check it out, they’re working on it right now!
And there he goes! Zik is rapelling away using the EVR system, but there’s still another Clonoid! Will he escape? Tune in next time!
Our impressive hero roasts his foe in the face!
So now we see how the EVR system works! EVR stands for Extra-Vehicular Rescue. Basically, if you’re ejected into space, you can use the boots (or jet-pack) to give you a propulsion boost and the (optional) grappling hook to attach yourself to a ship of some kind. It’s a Hail Mary sort of system, but it’s better than drifting in space till you freeze to death!
A split second can change everything, if you’re quick enough to take advantage of it. So what’s an EVR? Tune in Thursday to find out!
Wow, that clonoid is all over the map! Or, as Raven said when he saw this: “I wouldn’t be caught DEAD being that guy.. but that guy would!” The previous two statements have been condemned by the Clonoid Rehabilitation League Local 4102.
Well Zik, it looks like you’re outgunned and completely surrounded. So are you going to submit to the Queen, or is there a way out of this?
Things seldom go as planned. There was supposed to be an earth-shattering kaboom, but alas, the helicopter is still there. And now, someone seems to have gotten the drop on Zik! Perhaps that’s why the helicopter stopped shooting long enough for Zik to return fire?
Your favorite space hero unleashes his railgun at his corpulent foes!
So here we see the second use of railgun technology in the comic. In case you don’t know what a railgun is, it is a weapon that accelerates a projectile using electromagnetism as opposed to combustion. The projectile is guided down two rails and accelerated to extremely high speeds as it leaves the weapon. I chose this technology because it is still in the experimental phase currently, and because it can be used to fire projectiles in the vaccum of space (IE without oxygen). The people of Zoz use this technology extensively for their sidearms and on weapons platforms for their ships. It can also be used to send probes or cargo over long distances without the use of propellant.
